The software-only license locks the ELECTRA license to one PC. A user can move the license to another PC through a procedure described in the TechTips above. 2. How long can I use my trial ELECTRA system after I download and install it from your Web site? A. You have a unlimited design size version of ELECTRA without save capability. 3. What do I do when I want to order? A. You hit the Send Codes button on the initial ELECTRA screen and an email will be generated to us to inform us that you are ready to order. We will then contact you back by email to ask for a Purchase Order and the layer configuration you want to purchase and to arrange payment. 4. Are unlimited power and ground layers supported in the layer-limited versions of ELECTRA? A. Yes, unlimited power and ground layers are supported for the 2L, 4L, 6L and Unlimited signal layer versions of ELECTRA. 5. Are there options for ELECTRA? A. The base router already includes advanced rules and mitering capability in the base price. There are no other options available for ELECTRA at this time. 6. Do you have high-speed design support available for ELECTRA? A. The current version of ELECTRA does not support high-speed design rules. Future versions will provide an option for support of such rules. 7. Are floating license/network versions of ELECTRA available? A. Yes, network versions of ELECTRA are available. The price uplift for a network license is 30% and the network version is only available for the Unlimited Layer version of ELECTRA. 8. What is the cost of a configuration upgrade, for example upgrading from a 4-layer ELECTRA to a 6-layer ELECTRA? A. The cost is simply the difference in the price of the two product configurations. 9. Do I get free updates to ELECTRA? A. Free updates are available on our Web site for the current version of the product. Once a major new release occurs, customers having a valid maintenance contract will get the new release for no-charge. Customers not having a valid maintenance contract will be able to purchase the new release for 35% of the list price of their product configuration. 10. How do I get technical support on ELECTRA? A.
